How do I apply the cream?

You must follow these steps: 

Prepare your skin before applying the product. Wash the area that you Want to desensitise using soap and hot water. Apply another thick layer of cream (around 1/8” thick” then cover the cream and skin with plastic wrap to boost the cream’s temperature and activate it. 

All the plastic wrap and cream to remain in place for between 50 and 70 minutes. Your skin should now be desensitised. Remove the wrap once the time has elapsed and wipe the cream away. You should feel no pain in the treated area.
